The two websites to check out to find interesting programs in English are:

1. BBC (English): www.bbc.com  orwww.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/docarchive for documentaries/podcasts
2. NPR (US): www.npr.org.  Go under Program and explore the different programs that NPR offers or you can simply listen to news in a particular topic

As I mentioned this morning, try to listen to something in English for 10-15m per day (maybe during your trip to MILI?) making sure that you get an equal dose of accents by going to the BBC and NPR
